Some of you may be aware that Vann Nath, the artist and Toul Sleng survivor, has had on-going health problems. Last Friday he collapsed and has been in a coma since then. In an effort to support the family and help them fund the cost of his medical bills, the Print Workshop at the Royal University of Fine Arts will be organizing the sale of Vann Nath's prints to raise money.
The Print Workshop, with the support of Fernando Aceves, is managed by Mr. Chan Vitharin. They will be launching their first exhibition 5:30 this Friday at the RUFA studio where the works of the students, Pich Sopheap, Vann Nath and Kong Vollak will be on display. If you wish to support Vann Nath and his family you can buy the prints through Mr. Vitharin, who can be contacted at +855 866 267 or cvitharin@yahoo.com.
